    <directions><p>- Melt 1 stick butter with 4 cups milk - In large bowl combine 5 eggs, 1 tsp. Kosher salt, 1 Tbs. ground cinnamon and - 1 cup sugar - Wire whisk until blended - Add 12-14 cups of cubed Innkeepers Apple Strudel or Raisin bread (or mix them together) - Mix well. Add 1 cup raisins. Stir in milk mixture - Pour into 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes</p></directions>
